As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread to fix the kickoff call. Donna Wragg was slow to reply because of a busy week, proposed Wednesday at 10:00 and said she would bring Jodie from the systems side. Callie Brennan booked it.
Ask: Callie Brennan wanted an hour's kickoff to agree the plan and who does what. She asked for a systems priority list and written access owners.
Customer view: Donna apologised for the slow reply, citing consultants and a client pulling roles at short notice. She wants it kept simple for her consultants.
Next: the Wednesday 10:00 session is booked. Written access for each source is still outstanding.

- Callie Brennan 27 Jul 2023 11:43Hi Donna, Welcome aboard. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like to hold a kickoff session so we agree the plan and who does what. I'd suggest an hour. I'll open with the plan for the session, then go through the sources you want connected first and what I need from your side to get started. Could you do Monday or Tuesday next week? Mornings are best for me, but I can move around. If there's anyone else who should be on the call, such as whoever looks after your systems day to day, do bring them along. Thanks, Callie
- Donna Wragg 31 Jul 2023 13:53Hi Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad few days with the consultants and a client pulling a load of roles at short notice. Monday's gone now and Tuesday is rammed. Would Wednesday morning work? Say 10:00. I'll bring Jodie from our systems side, she'll be the one keeping things ticking over. Keep it simple for the consultants, that's all I ask. If it saves my lot time, I'm happy. Ta, Donna
- Callie Brennan 1 Aug 2023 16:16Hi Donna, Wednesday at 10:00 is booked, and the invite is on its way to you. Lovely to have Jodie on it too. Two small things before then: - a list of the systems you'd like connected first, in order of priority - who at your end can give written access to each of them I never start a connector without written access, so having that sorted early keeps the plan tidy. It doesn't need to be perfect, we can fill gaps on the call. Thanks, Callie
