Ask: Nell asked Terry to sign by 17 Jul 2023 so the start could be booked.
Customer view: Terry said it was "Not clear" whether £26k is annual. Nell accepted that the wording was unclear and said the commercial section shows the split.
Next: Terry has not signed in this thread. Nell offered a call if the order form still does not read clearly.

The deal value is £25,500, which is the total for the deal including the one-off implementation fee. If you can sign by 17 Jul 2023 we can book the start with your team. Shout if anything looks off. - Nell Ashcombe 13 Jul 2023 15:25Terry, Fair question, and that one's on us for not making it plainer. No: £25,500 is the whole deal value, and it includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not a yearly price. The order form shows how the subscription and the implementation fee are split, so have a look at the commercial section. If it still doesn't read clearly, ring me and I'll take you through it. Best, Nell
