Daniel Okafor asked Lorna Cairns for a quarterly review slot. Lorna asked for options on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning, wants Euan Drummond there, and flagged a need for help pulling one employer's history together.

Ask: Daniel proposed an hour-long review covering usage across the 150 licensed users. Lorna asked for two or three options to check against the pay calendar.

Customer view: Lorna says the team are getting on "fine, mostly". Some client managers still ask how to pull a single employer's history together quickly.

Next: Daniel to send options for mid-week mornings and prepare a short walk-through on employer history.

Hi Lorna, Thank you again for your time on our last call. Just to close the loop, I'd like to get the next quarterly review into the diary so it doesn't drift. I'd suggest an hour, with you and Euan if he can join, and I'll bring the usage picture across the 150 licensed users and a few thoughts on where your client managers might get more out of it. I'm happy to work around your deadlines, so tell me which days are best for you and which are no-go because of pay runs. How is the team finding it at the moment? Anything you'd like me to cover on the day, let me know and I'll build it in. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Month end is busy for us, so I'd avoid the last few days of the week we're in now and the start of the next. Mid-week is usually calmest, Tuesday or Wednesday, mornings better than afternoons. Yes, bring Euan in. He knows the setup better than I do. The team are getting on fine, mostly. A few client managers still ask me how to pull a single employer's history together quickly, so a short walk-through on that would help. Can you send two or three options and I'll check them against the pay calendar? I want to get it right first time. Thanks, Lorna
