As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the review call, Daniel Okafor noted fewer client managers open B-Viz each week than last quarter, with only a fraction of 40 Growth seats in regular use. No customer reply is in the thread.
Ask: Daniel proposed a short working session with a few client managers using their own employers' queries. He will check the connector side for Euan Drummond.
Customer view: the thread records Lorna Cairns saying pay-date pressure pulled people back to old routines. There is no customer response in the thread itself.
Next: the term ends on 9 Feb 2026, so a separate renewal conversation is due. Falling seat use is a clear value risk to the Growth renewal.

- Daniel Okafor 6 Jan 2026 14:13Dear Lorna, Fraser and Euan, Thank you all for your time on the call earlier. I wanted to put down a few notes while they are fresh, just to close the loop. The main thing I took away is that fewer of your client managers are opening B-Viz each week than a few months ago. Active use is down compared with last quarter, and I would rather we talked about it openly now than let it drift. You are licensed for 40 users on Growth, and only a fraction of those seats are in regular use at the moment. Lorna, you mentioned that pay-date pressure in the run-up to the holidays pulled people back to their old routines. That makes complete sense to me. Euan, I will look at whether anything on the connector side has changed, and I will come back to you on that once I have checked. My suggestion is a short working session with a few of the client managers, using their own employers' queries and deadlines, so they can see where it saves them time. How is the team finding it day to day? Any honest view would help me. Our current term ends on 9 Feb 2026, so I will be in touch separately about the renewal conversation. Best wishes, Daniel
