Ask: Callie needs written read access for three sources and someone to identify the employer name and pay date fields. She will not start any connector until access is confirmed in writing.
Customer view: Euan has access for payroll queries and email, cannot promise the call recordings access by Tuesday, and says both fields sit in the main client table.
Next: Callie will start with the two ready sources and leave the call recordings connector to a later session.

Before we switch on the refresh, I want to connect your sources one at a time and check each mapping with you. What I need from your side is: - written read access for the payroll queries source - the same for the calls and the email source - someone who can tell me which fields hold the employer name and the pay date I won't start any connector until the access is confirmed in writing, so the sooner those arrive the sooner we can begin. Could you tell me whether early next week works for a working session of about an hour? Thanks, Callie

I have access sorted for the payroll queries source and the email source. The call recordings are with a colleague in IT and I am still waiting for her to confirm. I will forward it as soon as I have it, but I can't promise it will be before Tuesday. The employer name and pay date fields are both in the main client table. I can show you on the day.
