What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After a call, Priya recapped the £52k Growth proposal with a 27 Jan 2025 expected close. Lorna says her client managers are happy and asks about start time and training. Fraser and Morag did not reply here.
Customer view: Lorna confirms the recap and says the client managers are happy. Her one question is how soon they would use it and whether anyone trains them, so nobody learns it mid pay run.
Open: Fraser's question on cost against client base is passed to Owen Tallis. Priya says the timeline will be in the order form. No reply from Fraser or Morag Galbraith appears, and Morag has not named the invoice recipient.

- Priya Raman 3 Jan 2025 13:04Hi all, Thank you for your time on our call. Here is a quick recap so we are all working from the same page. - The proposal is for the Growth tier, with a total of £51,600 - Fraser asked how the cost relates to the size of your client base, and I have asked Owen to join this thread so he can help with that - Morag, I would like to confirm the invoicing details with you once the terms are agreed - Our expected close is 27 Jan 2025 If we can get this over the line by then, we can start planning the rollout for your client managers. Please tell me if I have missed or misunderstood anything from the call. Best, Priya
- Lorna Cairns 7 Jan 2025 17:03Priya, Thanks for the recap. That matches my notes. My client managers have now seen the proposal and are happy. Their one question is how soon they would be using it once we sign, and whether anyone shows them how. Please answer that plainly, so that nobody is learning it in the middle of a pay run. The terms are for Fraser and Morag. I have copied them in so they see my reply. Thanks, Lorna
- Priya Raman 10 Jan 2025 17:29Hi all, Thanks, Lorna, that is helpful to hear. On your question: once we have a signed order form, we plan the rollout with you and your client managers, and the implementation timeline will be set out in the order form itself, so there are no surprises. I will make sure training for your client managers is part of that plan. Fraser, Owen is on copy and happy to go through how the cost relates to your client base on a further call, if that would be useful. I would rather you had the base for every figure in front of you than have us guess. Morag, could you let me know who should receive the order form for the finance side, and what you need on the invoice? To keep momentum, the date we are working to is still 27 Jan 2025. Happy to make this easy, so tell me where I can help. Best, Priya
