Customer view: She is supportive but sequencing decisions. Her installer customers ask where data is processed, so she needs it documented. Two questions remain open: post go-live visibility and a connector that stops loading.

To summarise what we covered, so you can check I have it right: - Growth tier, with the data in an EU region. - Total deal value in the proposal: £62,000. - Target signature: 30 Jan 2026. You raised two points: how soon installer data would be visible after go-live, and what happens if a connector stops loading. I will come back to you on both once Hannah has confirmed the detail with engineering. I will not give you a date for go-live until engineering has agreed it. What does your regulator, or your own customers' contracts, need to see about where the data sits? If there is a document you work from, please share it. Best regards, Matteo

On the data question, we have no regulator as such, but our installer customers ask us where their data is processed, and we need it documented. I will look for the right paragraph in our standard terms and send it. The budget needs approval from the budget owner, so I will take your proposal to them in the new year.
