I would like to confirm in writing what I understood, so please correct me where I have it wrong. - You want customer success and support to see each installer's tickets, usage and renewals together. - Your data must stay in an EU region, and you need that documented. - The Growth tier looks like the right fit, because several of your teams would use it. On cost, the figure we discussed for Growth is £62,000. Please read that as the total deal value, not an annual price, as it covers more than the subscription. Our working target is to have an order form agreed by 30 Jan 2026, but I would rather plan that with you than push it. Please send the details of how it works in writing, as we need it documented. - I would like to see the renewal view on a few real installers before I take this further. Which installer, which version, and what does the usage say? That is how my team thinks. - I cannot decide the budget alone, so I will take the figure to the person who signs it off and come back to you.
