Marcus Bell books a check-in citing usage up on last quarter. Kerry Bramall agrees, says both tickets look sorted, and wants landlords' statements to show more neatly. Positive and low-key.

Ask: Marcus wants 30 minutes to cover landlord view use, two recent tickets and unmet needs. Kerry offers Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

Customer view: Kerry agrees the team are in it more and believes both tickets are resolved. She wants better display of landlords' statements, and wants it kept simple.

Next: Marcus should check the two tickets, fix a slot and scope the statements request. Kerry asks whether to invite Stephen for a short version.

Hi Kerry, Hope the repairs backlog is behaving. I'd like to book your next check-in. I've pulled the numbers and usage is up on last quarter, which is good to see. What I'd like to cover: - how the team is using the landlord view day to day - the two tickets you raised recently and whether they're properly sorted - anything you'd like B-Viz to do that it doesn't yet Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, and I'll share my screen so you can see the usage. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Good news on the usage, the team do seem to be in it more. Thirty minutes is fine. Tuesday or Wednesday morning would suit best, before the phones get busy. Both tickets are sorted as far as I know, but have a look in case something's still hanging. I'd like to talk about getting the landlords' statements to show up more neatly. Let's not overcomplicate it though. Should I ask Stephen to join? He'll only want the short version, so I'll tell him it's a quick one. Thanks, Kerry
