As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Laura Penhaligon proposed two onboarding sessions with Thijs Brouwer, the customer's admin. He agreed on mornings but must clear system access first and asked to keep the first session to one source.
Ask: Laura proposed one session on connecting sources and one on user setup for the 40 licensed users. Thijs will send the list of people before the second session.
Customer view: cooperative but guarded. He needs to check access with Wouter and does not want to promise more than the first source.
Next: keep the first session to one source and agree which data goes in first.

- Laura Penhaligon 23 Jan 2026 08:49Hi Thijs, Thanks for the time on the call earlier this week. As promised, I would like to book the onboarding working sessions with you, since you will be the admin on the Kralingse side. I suggest two sessions next week. The first would cover connecting your sources and agreeing which shipment and customs data goes in first. The second would be a walk-through of user setup for the 40 licensed users, so the account managers and the customs desk can start asking questions early. Could you tell me which mornings suit you? I am flexible, and I can work around your customs desk peaks if you tell me when they are. Best, Laura Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Thijs Brouwer 23 Jan 2026 09:57Hi Laura, Thanks. Two sessions is fine for me. Mornings are best, the desk is quietest before ten. Tuesday and Thursday next week would work, Monday is usually busy with the weekend arrivals. One thing: I will need to check with Wouter about access to some of the systems before we connect anything. I do not want to promise that the first session can cover everything. Can we keep it to the first source and see how far we get? I will send you the list of people for the user setup before the second session. Regards, Thijs
