What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza proposed a hands-on ninety-minute training for the sponsor relations team. Meredith Sullivan agreed, offered Wednesday or Thursday, and asked that only one sponsor is shown on screen at a time.
Ask: Hamza proposed a hands-on session where people ask real questions about their own sponsors. Meredith accepted and will have the whole team in one room.
Customer view: She is positive and wants the team asking "what does the sponsor know?" from day one. Her one condition is a single sponsor on screen at a time.
Next: Hamza should confirm the date and build examples around one sponsor per demonstration.

- Hamza Akhtar 10 Jun 2026 13:45Hi Meredith, It was good to speak earlier. As promised, here is a proposal for the training session for your sponsor relations team. I would like it to be hands-on rather than slides: everyone asks real questions about their own sponsors and we look at the answers together. I'd suggest about ninety minutes, with the team in one room or on one call, so people can learn from each other's questions. It is also a good moment to show how to find a sponsor's studies, issues, calls and invoices in one place. Could you let me know which days next week suit your team? I'll then confirm the date and send the invite. Best, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Meredith Sullivan 12 Jun 2026 15:11Hi Hamza, Thanks, this is great. Hands-on is exactly right. My team learns by doing, and what does the sponsor know? is the question I want them asking from day one. Wednesday or Thursday next week would suit most of us. One room is fine. I'll make sure the whole team is there, and I'll ask a couple of them to bring a live sponsor question each. Let's get ahead of it, so everyone is comfortable before the next round of sponsor updates. One thing: please keep each example to a single sponsor on screen at a time. One portfolio, one story, but we never mix sponsors in front of the team. Thanks, Meredith
