Hamza Akhtar arranged the next onboarding working session with Rachel Feldman for a Thursday morning. Rachel agreed and named attendees. Largely logistical; Hamza asked which teams will use B-Viz first.

Ask: Hamza wanted a working session with study-management and sponsor-relations staff, and a rough list of which teams will use B-Viz first, to stage the rollout across the 150 licensed users.

Customer view: Rachel was cooperative and quick to reply. She was unsure whether finance could join because of month end.

Next: Rachel's list of first teams has not yet appeared in the thread. Hamza will record the session if finance cannot attend.

Hi Rachel, Thanks for your time on the call. As discussed, I'd like to book the next onboarding working session for your team, ideally with whoever looks after the study-management data and someone from the sponsor-relationship side. Would later this week or early next week suit? A morning slot would work best on my side, but I can flex around your Boston time zone. Could you let me know who should be invited? I'll send the calendar invite once I have names. Best, Hamza

Hamza, Thanks. Thursday morning would work for me, our time. I'd bring one person from study management and one from sponsor relations. I'm still checking whether finance can join, as they are tied up at month end, so I may add them later. I'll confirm the names tomorrow. Thanks, Rachel

Hi Rachel, Thanks for the names. I've sent an invite for Thursday morning. If finance can't make it, no problem: I'll record the session and we can walk them through it separately. It would help to have a rough list of which teams will use B-Viz first, as the contract covers 150 licensed users and I'd like to plan the rollout in sensible stages rather than all at once. A short note is fine, nothing formal. Speak soon, Hamza
