What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza Akhtar offered Rachel Feldman a technical onboarding session. She agreed within minutes, gave two time windows and will bring IT, who control Snowflake access. Cooperative, with a warning that systems are not tidy.
Ask: Hamza wants to agree which systems connect first, who grants Snowflake access and how users sign in.
Customer view: Rachel is willing and quick, and will prepare a list of systems. She cautions "Not everything is tidy on our side", which may slow connector work.
Next: Rachel to confirm a time and her IT colleague.

- Hamza Akhtar 14 Apr 2026 12:35Hi Rachel, I am Hamza, the implementation consultant on your Quabbin rollout. Meredith mentioned you will be the main admin for B-Viz, so I would like to set up a separate onboarding session with you, focused on the technical side. In that session I would cover: - which systems you want connected first (your CRM, the helpdesk, the call recorder and so on) - who on your side can grant access in Snowflake - how you want to handle sign-in for your users Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you this week or early next week? It would help if you could also tell me whether a colleague in IT should join. Thanks, Hamza
- Rachel Feldman 14 Apr 2026 13:04Hamza, Thanks for reaching out. Happy to do it. I can do Thursday afternoon after 14:00 or Friday morning before 11:00, Boston time. Yes, I will bring someone from IT, as they control access to our Snowflake account. I will check which of them is free and confirm. I will pull together a list of the systems our teams use day to day before we speak, so we can decide the order together. Not everything is tidy on our side, so bear with me. Rachel
