As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Finance sent Derek Lindqvist invoice INV-233-0002 for £30k, due 7 May 2026, and asked again for a PO number. Billing logistics only. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel Dunmore asked Derek to confirm the PO number, quote the invoice number on remittance, and say whether accounts payable wants a shared mailbox.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. The evidence does not show what this invoice covers or whether the earlier invoice was settled.
Next: Rachel to reissue with a PO if one is supplied, keeping the same amounts and due date.

- Rachel Dunmore 7 Apr 2026 15:24Dear Derek, Please find attached invoice INV-233-0002, issued today, 7 Apr 2026, to Quabbin Clinical Research. For your records: - Invoice number: INV-233-0002 - Net amount: £29,688 - VAT: nil - Gross amount: £29,688 - Due date: 7 May 2026 The invoice is currently unpaid, which is as expected as it has only just been issued. Payment details are at the foot of the PDF. Please quote the invoice number on your remittance so that it is matched to the right ledger line on our side. Could you confirm the PO number your team would like shown on the invoice? If one is needed, I will reissue the document with it added, with the same amounts and the same due date. If your AP team prefers the invoice sent to a shared mailbox rather than to you, let me know and I will update our records. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore, Finance Manager
