What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Gregory Tanaka again asked for the annual cost apart from implementation, and whether invoicing matches the order form. Jordan Pike said the order form will split the lines, copied in Owen Tallis, and aims to agree by 23 Mar 2026.
Ask: Gregory needs the recurring figure for budget, and wants any invoice to agree with the contract.
Customer view: He repeated the question he raised earlier, so the split is still unresolved for him. Jordan said the £149k is the sum of subscription and one-off implementation, and invoices will follow the order form.
Next: Jordan to send the draft order form with both lines split. Owen Tallis, VP Sales, is the senior name on the order form from BG-Demo.

- Jordan Pike 9 Mar 2026 08:15Hi Gregory, Thanks for the time on our last call. Here's where we are: the Enterprise proposal is in negotiation, and the total deal value we have been working to is £148,750. To be transparent, that figure includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the subscription, so it is not an annual price. I've copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, as he will be the senior name on the order form from our side. What would make this a yes? If there is anything in the commercial terms your team wants changed, tell me now and we can turn it round quickly. We are aiming to have the order form agreed by 23 Mar 2026. Thanks, Jordan
- Gregory Tanaka 12 Mar 2026 08:33Jordan, Thank you. Two points. What is the annual cost, separate from the implementation fee? I need the recurring figure for our budget, not the total. Also, does the invoicing schedule match the order form? Our records require that any invoice agrees to the contract. Please send me the detail. Gregory Tanaka
- Jordan Pike 12 Mar 2026 09:07Gregory, Fair questions. The order form will show the annual subscription and the one-off implementation fee on separate lines, and each invoice will be raised from those lines. The £148,750 is the sum of the two, so the annual figure is the subscription line only. I'd rather you see that on the order form itself than from a number in an email, so I will send the draft with both lines clearly split. Invoices will follow the order form once it is signed. If anything differs from the contract, our finance team will correct it before it reaches you. Owen is copied in case you want to go through the terms with him directly. Thanks, Jordan
