As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Laura Penhaligon arranged hands-on training for Chris Unsworth's key accounts team on their own grocery brands. Chris chose a Tuesday morning and asked to cover how a complaint links to its order and invoice. Attendees are still to be confirmed.
Ask: Laura proposed a half-morning session on the customer's own data, with credit invited if useful.
Customer view: Chris accepted a Tuesday morning and said the complaint-to-order-to-invoice link is what he is asked about most. He was unsure who else could attend, as some of his team are out on customer visits.
Next: Laura fixed 10:00 and asked for names by Monday. Attendance may be thin, but the use case is concrete.

I'd like to run a hands-on session using your own grocery brands, so you're asking real questions about orders, complaints and invoices rather than looking at a generic demo. It would take about half a morning. Could you let me know which days next week suit you and who from your team should join? If anyone in credit would find it useful, bring them along too. Thanks, Laura Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Chris Unsworth 14 Apr 2026 14:26Hi Laura, Thanks for this. Tuesday or Thursday next week would work, mornings are better as the afternoons tend to fill up with brand calls. Not sure yet who else can make it, a couple of my team are out on customer visits. I'll check and come back to you. One question: can we use the Tuesday slot to go through how a complaint links back to the order and the invoice? That's what I get asked about most. Chris
- Laura Penhaligon 16 Apr 2026 12:33Hi Chris, Tuesday morning is fine, let's say 10:00. Yes, we can build the session around following a complaint back to its order and invoice, and I'll set it up with your grocery brands ready to go. If you can send me the names of whoever is joining by Monday, I'll make sure everyone has access beforehand. No problem if it ends up just you and one colleague. Kind regards, Laura
