What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling sent the Growth order form on 18 Feb 2026. Douglas Entwistle asked for invoicing arrangements in the order form itself and confirmation that £60k is the total. Sophie replied on 20 Feb 2026; no signature appears in the thread.
Ask: Before signing, Douglas wanted the invoicing arrangements stated in the order form, not in an email, and confirmation that £60k is a total and not an annual figure.
Customer view: Douglas is careful and wants everything on paper. Sophie's reply came about two days after his, and she says it was a gap.
Next: Sophie confirmed £60k is the total value of the deal, not an annual price, and pointed to the invoicing section in a marked-up copy. The thread does not show whether Douglas signed.

- Sophie Ling 18 Feb 2026 10:23Hi Douglas, The order form for Astley Brook is attached for signature, under our master agreement. It is the Growth tier, with a total deal value of £59,500 as in the proposal. We are aiming to close by 20 Feb 2026. If anything in it differs from what we discussed, tell me and I'll correct it today. Kind regards, Sophie
- Douglas Entwistle 18 Feb 2026 10:53Sophie, Received. I'll read it properly. Before I sign, I need the invoicing arrangements stated in the order form itself, not in an email. In writing, please. And confirm the £59,500 is the total and not an annual figure. Douglas Entwistle
- Sophie Ling 20 Feb 2026 13:06Hi Douglas, Sorry for the gap. Confirming: £59,500 is the total value of the deal, not an annual price. The order form sets out the invoicing arrangements, and I have pointed to the relevant section in the attached marked-up copy so you can check it against what you need. If you are content, a signature today would hit our target of 20 Feb 2026. If you need more time, say so and we will work to your date. Kind regards, Sophie
