Sophie Ling recapped discovery, pointing to Growth and an open proposal of £60k total deal value. Douglas Entwistle wants a written breakdown, will not sign before his business case, and cannot confirm 22 Dec 2025.

Ask: Douglas wants a written breakdown with the source for each line, split into one-off and recurring. He also asked what decision is needed from him, and by when.

Customer view: He declined the 22 Dec 2025 close target and said it may slip into the new year. He passed the practical side and the demo to Leanne.

Next: Sophie owes the breakdown and a demo on the customer's own data. The proposal is an open item, not a signed contract.

Hi Leanne, hi Douglas, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. A short recap so we are working from the same page. What I heard: you want customer service, key accounts and credit to see each brand's orders, complaints and invoices together, so a complaint can be answered with the facts and a late payer is spotted before it becomes a problem. We talked about Growth as the right fit for that. The proposal we have open is £59,500 in total deal value. Douglas, I know you will want to see what sits behind that figure, so I will send a written breakdown separating the one-off implementation from the subscription. Next steps from my side: - send the written breakdown - book a demo on your own data, so you see your brands rather than a generic example Our working target is to close on 22 Dec 2025, but only if it makes sense for you. Please tell me if that is unrealistic. Kind regards, Sophie

Sophie, Thanks for the recap. Yes, please send the breakdown, in writing, with the source for each line. I will not sign before the business case is written, so I need it to say what we are paying for, what is one-off and what recurs. I would also like to understand what the decision is that you need from me, and by when. I am not able to confirm 22 Dec 2025 at this stage. It may well slip into the new year. Leanne will deal with the practical side and the demo. Douglas Entwistle
