- Alice Brewer 31 May 2026 16:23Hi Rhys, Apologies for writing on a Sunday. I wanted this to be at the top of your inbox on Monday. I am Alice, Head of Marketing at BG-Demo, and I am inviting you to our Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 June 2026. It is an in-person day for customers. I am writing to you as IT Manager because the session I think you would find most useful is about how B-Viz runs inside a customer's own Snowflake account: who looks after the connectors, how data stays under your control, and what IT teams have learned from the first months of running it. It is also a chance to put questions straight to our product and customer teams and to meet your counterparts at other customers. A few practical points: - You are welcome to bring colleagues, including anyone from the control room or account management who uses B-Viz. - I will send the full running order and joining details as soon as they are final. - If there is a topic you would like covered, tell me and I will pass it to the team. I would rather hear it now than after the programme is set. Could you let me know whether you can make it? A quick yes, no or maybe is plenty for now. Best, Alice
