Alice Brewer 23 May 2026 12:04Dear Lorraine, I'm Alice, Head of Marketing at BG-Demo. I'm writing to invite you to our Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 June 2026. It's an in-person day for the people who use B-Viz in their working week, and I'd like to see you there. The story here is simple: your colleagues in the account teams and the control room have been getting more from B-Viz, and we'd like to hear from people like you who ask it questions about clients' sites, incidents and invoices. As a Key Account Manager for Retail, you'll have a view on what helps and what doesn't, and that's what we want to learn from. We'd also like you to meet other customers' teams who are doing similar work. I'll send the programme and practical details to everyone who confirms.
