What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor saw more people logging in and asked for a check-in. Sharon Tilley agreed for 14:00 on 18 Feb 2026 and reported an account manager found an unpaid invoice through B-Viz.
Ask: Daniel requested a half-hour check-in call. Sharon offered 14:00 the same day and said she wanted to show him what people do.
Customer view: two account managers use it before client calls. She says the question people keep asking is "Which site, which shift?" and that it seems to answer.
Next: Daniel to send the invite and hear the examples, especially the invoice one.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Feb 2026 17:46Hi Sharon, I was looking at how things have gone since the QBR and wanted to say it's lovely to see more of your people using B-Viz. More of the team seem to be logging in than a few weeks ago, which is exactly what we hoped for when you set it up for the account managers, the control room and credit control together. I'd like to do a short check-in call, nothing formal, just to hear how it's going from your side and whether anything is getting in the way. It would be about half an hour. I'm free most of Wednesday and Thursday, and I'll come back to you by the end of tomorrow with a couple of firm times if that helps. No need to prepare anything. If you have any examples of where it saved someone time, I'd love to hear them. Best wishes, Daniel
- Sharon Tilley 18 Feb 2026 10:02Daniel, Yes, happy to. Good timing, actually. Two of the account managers have been using it before client calls and one told me she found an unpaid invoice she would have missed. Credit control hadn't flagged it to her, so that was a nice catch. Today works if you can do it this afternoon, say 14:00. Tomorrow is a mess. Half an hour is plenty. Which site, which shift? That's the question I keep hearing people ask it, and it seems to answer. I'd like to show you what they do. Thanks, Sharon
- Daniel Okafor 18 Feb 2026 11:39Hi Sharon, That's wonderful to hear, and thank you for turning it round so quickly. 14:00 this afternoon works for me. I'll send an invite straight after this email. I'd love to see those examples, especially the invoice one. It's the sort of story that's worth having to hand when we talk about the wider team. Do pass on my thanks to the account managers too. Speak this afternoon. Best wishes, Daniel
