What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked Femi Adeyemi for a renewal call before the Starter term ends on 28 Aug 2026. Femi agreed, wants a usage summary first, wants renewal asks written into the agreement, and asked for Sophie Ling to join.
Ask: Marcus proposed 30 minutes to cover adoption, whether 25 licensed users still fit, wording changes and the referral side.
Customer view: Femi agreed usage is moving the right way. He wants to know what is in it for the client and how both sides know it is working, and wants asks in the agreement rather than as understandings.
Next: send the usage summary and book Tuesday or Wednesday after 14:00.

- Marcus Bell 16 Jul 2026 13:36Hi Femi, Hope the week is going well. Your Starter subscription runs to 28 Aug 2026, so I'd like to get a renewal conversation in the diary while there's plenty of time. I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter and the picture is good. More of your team are asking questions than a few months ago, which is what we hoped for when you rolled it out beyond the first few people. What I'd like to cover: - how the team is using B-Viz day to day, and who isn't yet - whether the 25 licensed users still fit how Mossbrook works - anything you want written down differently in the next agreement - how the referral side is working for you and your clients Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Sophie Ling will join for the commercial side, as she looks after the contract. Let me know which days suit and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
- Femi Adeyemi 17 Jul 2026 12:08Marcus, Thanks for this, and good to hear usage is moving the right way. I'd have said the same from where I sit, but it's useful to have it confirmed. Thirty minutes is fine. Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon would suit me best, after two o'clock. Thursday is taken up with a client workshop. It would help to have the usage summary beforehand so I can look at it with my senior consultants. The question I'll be asking is the usual one: what's in it for the client, and how do we both know it's working? If there are things we want from the renewal, I'd rather they went into the agreement than stayed as understandings. Please do include Sophie. I'd like to read the paperwork properly before anything comes to me to sign. Femi
