What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Femi Adeyemi asks what happens at the 28 Aug 2026 renewal and wants any price change stated plainly. Marcus Bell confirms a move to the current Starter list price and suggests ten extra users. Sophie Ling will send the figure and draft order form.
Ask: Femi is happy with Starter, says usage has crept up since the spring, and wants both partners to know it is working. He wants any price change stated now rather than in August.
Customer view: Femi raised the renewal himself, which is a good sign. Marcus confirms the price moves to the current list price, backed by the January notice, and proposes one block of ten users on top of 25.
Next: Sophie owns the figure and the draft order form, which stays an open item. The evidence does not show here whether it was signed.

- Femi Adeyemi 29 May 2026 13:20Marcus, Joanna and I were looking at dates this morning and realised our first year with you ends on 28 Aug 2026. I would rather hear from you about the renewal than find it on a calendar at the last minute. Could you tell us what happens next and whether anything changes on the commercial side? We are happy with how Starter has been working for the team, and Joanna tells me usage has been creeping up since the spring. What I want to be sure of is that we both know it is working, and that whatever we agree is written down properly. If there is a price change, please say so plainly. I would rather have it now than in August. Femi
- Marcus Bell 29 May 2026 14:55Hi Femi, hi Joanna, Thanks for raising this, and good to hear Starter is landing well. I've pulled the numbers and agree with Joanna: the trend since the spring is upward, and I'm happy to share the detail. On the renewal, here is where we are: - Your current term runs to 28 Aug 2026, at £23,500 a year for 25 users. - The renewal starts the day after, so there is no gap in service. - Because you signed in 2025, the renewal moves you onto our current Starter list price. We told all customers on the earlier price book about this at the start of the year, so it should not be a surprise, but I know a notice in January is easy to lose. - Given the growth in your usage, we'd suggest adding one block of ten extra users on top of the 25 so the team has room. I've copied Sophie, who owns the commercial side. She will send you the exact renewal figure and the draft order form so you can read every term before anything is signed. I'll leave the pricing conversation to her, but I'm happy to jump on a call to go through usage and what the extra users would be for. Shall we book 30 minutes in the next couple of weeks? Thanks, Marcus
