As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling confirms the Starter expansion closed at a one-off £1,260 and that the £24k subscription is unchanged. Femi Adeyemi wants Joanna Platt involved, asks how both will know it is working, and wants terms in writing.
Ask: Sophie opens the renewal conversation early, noting the term runs to 28 Aug 2026. She asks whether Femi wants Joanna in the room.
Customer view: Femi confirms the expansion total matches what he signed. His test for renewal is proof of value: "how do we both know it's working?"
Next: Joanna is asked to find a slot with Sophie within a couple of weeks. Femi wants any change to terms put in the agreement, which BG-Demo should plan for.

- Sophie Ling 13 May 2026 15:11Hi Joanna, hi Femi, Thank you both for making time on the call last week. I wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same record. - The Starter expansion order closed on 5 May 2026. The deal total was £1,260, and that is a one-off figure for the expansion, not a new annual price. - Your contracted annual subscription is unchanged at £23,500, for 25 licensed users, and runs to 28 Aug 2026. - Marcus remains your point of contact for adoption and for anything on the day-to-day side. Since the contract end is coming up in the summer, I would like to find a time over the next few weeks to talk about how you want the subscription to look from September. There is no rush and nothing to decide today. I just want to avoid us leaving it until the last minute. Could you let me know whether you would prefer that conversation with both of you, or whether Femi would rather start on his own? Kind regards, Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Femi Adeyemi 14 May 2026 12:23Hi Sophie, Thanks for the summary, which matches my notes. I have checked the expansion total against what I signed and it agrees. On the renewal, I would like Joanna in the room. She sees how it is used by our consultants and the referral side better than I do, and I would rather we both hear the same thing. My question for that conversation is a simple one: how do we both know it's working? I would like to look at that before we talk about anything else. I would also like any change to terms put in the agreement rather than agreed in conversation. I am not suggesting there will be any, it is just how I prefer to work. Joanna, could you find a slot with Sophie in the next couple of weeks? Thanks, Femi
