What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling asked on 30 Apr 2026 to walk Joanna Platt through the proposal. Joanna agreed on 6 May 2026, suggested a Thursday late morning, and wants the proposal a day ahead and Femi in the commercial part.
Ask: Sophie wants forty-five minutes to cover Starter at £20k a year with 15 licensed users, the referral work, and what happens ahead of the contract end. She offered to brief Femi afterwards if needed.
Customer view: Joanna apologised for the slow reply, then agreed. She wants the owner of each referral task and the client's day-one needs written down, because she expects those to matter most at the contract end.
Next: the proposal is still an open item and the thread shows no walk-through held. Sophie needs to send it at least a day before the call and keep the commercial section together near the end.

- Sophie Ling 30 Apr 2026 13:08Hi Joanna, Thanks for the time on our last call. As promised, I have the proposal written up and I would like to walk you through it rather than just fire it over, so nothing gets misread. Could we find forty-five minutes or so next week? It would be good to have Femi on the call too, as he signed the Starter contract and the partner arrangement, but I am happy to start with just you and brief him afterwards if that is easier. The things I would like to cover: - where Mossbrook is today on Starter, with the contracted £19,500 a year and the 15 licensed users - how the proposal fits with the referral work we have been doing together - what happens ahead of the contract end in August, so there are no surprises on either side If mornings suit you best, say so and I will work around your delivery calendar. Tuesday or Thursday would be easiest at my end, but I can move things. Best, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Joanna Platt 6 May 2026 12:12Hi Sophie, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a heavy fortnight on client go-lives and I let this sit. Yes, let's do it. My suggestion: - Thursday next week, late morning, works for me - Femi can join for the commercial part, so please keep that section together and near the end - I would like to see the proposal at least a day beforehand so I can read it properly Two things I want us to write down on the call: who owns what on the referral side, us or you, and what the client needs on day one when we introduce someone new. I think those are the bits that will matter most when we get to August. If Thursday does not work for you, send me two other slots and I will pick one the same day. Thanks, Joanna
