Hi Sophie, As promised, an introduction. This is Leanne Partington, Head of Customer Service at Astley Brook Packaging. We built their Snowflake warehouse and I would stake my name on them, which is why I'm making this one. Why now: - Leanne's team, key accounts and credit all look at the same brands through different systems - They want to see each brand whole, orders and complaints together - The warehouse is in good shape, so the data is ready for B-Viz What does Leanne need on day one? I think it's a straight answer on what B-Viz would do with the data they already hold, before anyone talks about commercials. It would help to hear which brands and which lines cause you the most chasing today, and which systems you check when a customer rings with a complaint. After that I can show you what a demo on your own data could look like, and we can decide together whether it's worth going further. Could you each send me a couple of times that suit next week?
