After the kickoff, Hamza Akhtar listed actions and the responsibility split. Ciaran Doherty asked for a separate warehouse, will create the role himself, will share no credentials by email and allows no Friday changes.

Ask: Ciaran wants the nightly refresh timing to size a separate warehouse, and the objects the role must read sent as a plain document.

Customer view: security-minded and exact about boundaries. Hamza agreed to each point and still needs Joanna's final choice of the four Starter connectors.

Next: Hamza to send the run window and object list, and Ben Ratcliffe to send security points.

Hi all, Thanks for making time for the kickoff. Here is a short note of what we agreed, so we all work from the same list. What we are setting up: - B-Viz Starter for Mossbrook's own use, with 15 licensed users - The first connectors, limited to the four that Starter includes. Joanna will confirm the final choice - B-Viz built and run inside Mossbrook's own Snowflake account Actions: - Ciaran: confirm which Snowflake account and warehouse we should use, and prepare a dedicated role for B-Viz with the narrowest access that works - Ben: send me the security and data-handling points Mossbrook needs us to meet, so I can check them against the set-up before we connect anything - Joanna: confirm the first connectors and the people who should be users first - Me: send the connector checklist and the order of work once I have the above On responsibilities, as Joanna asked: Mossbrook owns the Snowflake account and who has access to it. We own the B-Viz build inside it and will tell you before any change. If I've missed or misstated anything, please say. Best, Hamza

Hamza, Two points on your list. First, which warehouse is that running on? I'd rather B-Viz had its own small warehouse than shared compute with our client work. I'll set one up, but I need to know roughly when the nightly refresh runs so I can size it. Second, I checked the role grants on our side. I'll create the B-Viz role myself in Snowflake. I won't send credentials or grant anything by email, so please don't ask for that, and please send me the list of objects the role needs to read as a plain document. Also, nothing goes into a production account on a Friday. If we're aiming for the first connection this week, it has to be done before then. Ciaran

Hi Ciaran, Thanks, that all works for me. - A separate warehouse for B-Viz is the better option. The nightly refresh is meant to be complete by 07:00 your local time on business days, so I'll send you the expected run window and the load pattern so you can size it. - Understood on roles. I'll send the list of objects as a document and you create the role in Snowflake. Nobody will be asked for credentials by email. - Agreed on Fridays. We'll aim to connect the first source earlier in the week and leave the rest until the following week. Ben, when you send your security points, anything on logging or retention would be useful to have at the same time as the object list. I'd rather find a mismatch now than after the first connection. Joanna, I still need the final choice of connectors from you. Even a rough order is fine to start with and we can adjust. Marcus is copied so he knows where we are, and he'll pick up the check-ins once the set-up is live. Best, Hamza
