Kickoff scheduling for the B-Viz implementation

Hi Joanna, I'm Hamza, the implementation consultant who will be looking after the set-up for Mossbrook. Marcus Bell is your customer success manager and will be in touch as we go along, but day to day you'll mostly hear from me. I'd like to get a kickoff call in the diary this week if we can. It would be good to have you and whoever will own the Snowflake side on your team, and I'd suggest also including someone from security so we can agree early what they need to see. The plan for the call is simple: - Walk through what Mossbrook wants from the Starter set-up for your own client base - Agree which sources you want connected first (Starter includes four connectors, so we should choose carefully) - Agree who does what on the Snowflake account - Settle the order of work for the first few weeks I think an hour is enough. Hi Hamza, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. We had a client go-live that ate the early part of the week. This Thursday and Friday won't work now, so let's look at Monday. Here is what I can offer: - Monday morning from 09:00 is clear for me - Ciaran is our B-Viz admin and the person who will build the Snowflake side, so he must be on the call - Ben Ratcliffe, our Security and Compliance Lead, should join for the part about access and data handling Two things from my side, so we start with the right questions: - Who owns this, us or you? I'd like us to write down the split of responsibilities for the Snowflake set-up in the first call, so nobody assumes. - What does the client need on day one? We will use B-Viz on our own data first, but I want the set-up to be something we can repeat for the clients we refer to you. If Monday at 09:00 works, please send the invite to me, Ciaran and Ben.
