As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Joanna Platt confirmed the £26k total deal value is not annual and that 15 Aug 2025 is achievable as a target only. She asked for a revised proposal with day-one and ownership sections.
Ask: Joanna wants the next proposal version to add day-one requirements and an ownership split. Her view is that Mossbrook owns the client relationship and delivery, and BG-Demo owns the product and support.
Customer view: She will not promise 15 Aug 2025 until Femi has been through the wording. She noted it has been a busy week with client go-lives.
Next: Sophie to send the revised proposal, which Joanna will review with her delivery lead before it goes to Femi.

- Sophie Ling 1 Aug 2025 17:10Hi Joanna, Thanks for your time on the proposal call. A quick recap so we're working from the same page. - The proposal is for Starter, for Mossbrook's own client base. The total deal value is £25,500. Please don't read that as an annual price; it is the whole deal, as set out in the document. - I'm aiming to have this settled by Friday 15 Aug 2025, which is the date I've pencilled in on my side. That's a target, not a deadline from us, so tell me if it's unrealistic. - You said you'd think about what a client needs ready on day one, and about where the line falls between your consultants and our team. I'd like to write both down in the next version. Is there anything in the proposal you'd like changed or explained before you take it to Femi? If it's easier, send me your questions as a list and I'll answer them in one go. Best, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Joanna Platt 6 Aug 2025 12:46Hi Sophie, Sorry for the gap, it's been a busy week with a couple of client go-lives. Thanks for the recap, it matches my notes. Here's where I am: - Total deal value: understood, and thanks for being clear that it isn't an annual figure. I'll make sure Femi doesn't read it that way either. - Timing: Friday 15 Aug 2025 is achievable as a target, but I'd rather not promise it until Femi has been through the wording. He's reading the agreement properly, which is how it should be. - Day one: I'll send you a short list of what a client has to have in place. Mostly access to their Snowflake account and one named contact on their side. Please check it against what you'd expect. - Ownership: who owns this, us or you? My view is that Mossbrook owns the client relationship and the delivery on our side, and BG-Demo owns the product and its support. Let's write that down and see whether you agree. Can you send over the next version of the proposal with the day-one and ownership sections added? I'll review it with my delivery lead before it goes to Femi. Thanks, Joanna
