What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread. Sophie Ling asked for a discovery call; Joanna Platt agreed to Thursday afternoon, will bring Lauren from delivery, and set four agenda topics. She asked for an implementation outline beforehand.
Ask: Joanna accepted a Thursday afternoon slot and wants an outline of how an implementation runs, so the call can focus on gaps.
Customer view: She is engaged and practical. Her agenda covers the client pipeline, ownership during implementation, day-one needs and how referrals are followed up.
Next: Sophie needs to send the invite and the implementation outline before the call.

- Sophie Ling 7 Jul 2025 16:09Hi Joanna, Thanks for making the time to talk about how Mossbrook and BG-Demo might work together. I would like to book a discovery call this week, if you can manage it. The aim is for me to understand how you work with your Snowflake clients today, and for you to hear how we implement B-Viz inside a customer's own account. It would also help to hear which of your clients you think would benefit first, and what they would need on day one. Could you do Thursday or Friday afternoon? If a colleague from your delivery side should be on the call, please bring them along. I would rather have the right people there than repeat myself later. If neither day works, tell me what does and I will move things around. Thanks, Sophie Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Joanna Platt 8 Jul 2025 16:19Hi Sophie, Thanks for this. Thursday afternoon works for me, and I'll bring Lauren from our delivery team so we have someone who will be hands-on in the room. So we use the time well, here is what I'd like to cover: - the client pipeline on our side and who we think is ready - who owns what, us or you, during an implementation - what the client needs on day one - how referrals between our firms would be followed up It would help if you could send a short outline of how an implementation runs from your end before we speak. Then we can spend the call on the gaps rather than the basics. Let's write down the actions at the end so nothing is left vague. Send over an invite for Thursday and I'll accept it. Thanks, Joanna
