What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr asked to join a check-in ahead of the 27 Feb 2027 contract end. Neil Craven agreed but is unsure the 160 users are right, and sends all price and renewal matters to Fiona Metcalfe.
Ask: Lewis Kerr wants to hear how the team uses B-Viz and whether Enterprise is meeting expectations. He says it is not a sales pitch.
Customer view: Neil Craven agrees to Lewis joining the end of the session. He will not discuss adding users until he has seen who actually uses it, as some branches use it daily and some barely.
Next: Neil will tell Fiona that Lewis has been in touch. Price and renewal sit with her, not with him.

- Lewis Kerr 6 Aug 2026 11:16Hello Neil, I hope you are well. Daniel has written to you about a check-in on how the team is using B-Viz, and I would like to join part of it if that suits you. I own the commercial side of your agreement, and with the contract running to 27 Feb 2027 it makes sense for me to hear first hand how things are going well before any renewal conversation comes round. To be clear about what I am after: no sales pitch. I would like to understand whether the 160 licensed users cover the teams you want on it, and whether anything is missing that you expected from Enterprise when you signed. If there is something you would like added or changed, I would rather know early so it can be properly quoted and co-termed to your renewal. Could you tell me whether you are happy for me to sit in for the last part of the session? I will keep to whatever time you give me. Kind regards, Lewis
- Neil Craven 7 Aug 2026 16:16Lewis, Thanks for the note. Yes, join for the end of it, that's fine. Daniel and I will do the day to day first, then you can have the last bit. On users, I'll be straight with you. I don't know yet if 160 is right. Some branches use it daily, some barely. I'd rather look at who's actually using it before I say anything about adding more. Let's see the picture first. And anything to do with price or the renewal goes through Fiona, not me. I'll tell her you've been in touch. Better she hears it from us than from a surprise email. Cheers, Neil
