Getting a check-in in the diary

Hello Neil, I hope the week is treating you well and that the branches are not keeping you too busy. Just a note to say it is time we had our regular check-in on B-Viz. It has been a little while since we sat down properly, and I would like to hear how the team is finding it now that it has been bedded in for a good while. What I have in mind is an hour, nothing formal. I will bring a short look at how your branch, trade-credit and key-account teams are using it, and anything you would like me to look into before we meet. If there are particular trade accounts that have been causing headaches, tell me and I will pull them up so we can look at them together. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you over the next fortnight? Mornings usually seem easiest for you, but tell me if that has changed. I am happy to work round your diary. Daniel, Good to hear from you. Busy, yes. A builder rang me first thing about a delivery, so it's been one of those mornings. Check-in's fine. Not next week, I'm out visiting branches most of it. The week after is better. Tuesday or Thursday morning would work, early if you can, before the phones start. One thing I'd like to cover. Credit and sales still don't always see the same picture on a few of the bigger accounts. I'd like to know if that's us or the set-up. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil

Hello Neil, Thank you, that is very helpful. I will put Thursday morning in the diary for the week after next and send you an invite shortly. If anything changes on your side, just say and we will move it. On the credit and sales picture, I will look at a handful of the larger accounts beforehand so we can see where the two views part ways. If you can send me the names of two or three accounts that have caused the most confusion, that would give me somewhere to start. I will keep it to what is actually in the data, and I will come back to you by Monday with what I find, so you are not going in cold.
