What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Neil Craven for a check-in. Neil agreed, proposed Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning, and added a trade credit colleague and a wish to discuss what the builder sees when branches ring.
Ask: Daniel proposed an hour on how trade credit and key-account teams find B-Viz. Neil accepted, ruled out Monday and asked for an invite.
Customer view: Neil wants to cover how accounts show up for the branches and what the builder is seeing. His line, "Let's sort it, not talk about it", signals impatience with talk over fixes.
Next: Daniel to send the invite and prepare for the account-view questions from trade credit.

- Daniel Okafor 17 Jun 2026 15:41Hi Neil, I hope the week is treating you well, and that the branches are not keeping you too busy. Just to close the loop on where we left things last time, I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary. The aim is a relaxed hour to look at how the trade credit and key-account teams are finding B-Viz, whether the branch managers are getting what they need from it, and whether there is anything you would like us to look at before the autumn. I know diaries at your end are tight, so I'm happy to work around you. Would sometime next week suit? Mornings tend to be easiest for me, but I can flex. If it helps, bring along anyone from credit or the key-account side who has views, the more voices the better. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a proposed invite once I know what works. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
- Neil Craven 18 Jun 2026 10:32Daniel, Thanks for this. Next week's fine, but not Monday, I've got a run of branch visits. Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning would suit me better. I'll ask someone from trade credit to join, she's got a few things she wants to raise about how accounts show up for the branches. I'd also like to talk about what the builder is actually seeing when our teams ring them. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Send the invite over and I'll accept it. Cheers, Neil
