What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, Group Finance Director Fiona Metcalfe asked for a short usage case in pounds against the £114k annual cost, and said the renewal will be judged at renewal, not before. Active use is well below 160 licensed users.
Ask: Fiona wants exposure on trade accounts that credit and sales agreed on, set against the annual cost. Daniel Okafor agreed, asked Neil for real examples and promised a first draft by the end of the following week.
Customer view: Fiona confirmed Daniel's summary but gave no commitment: "We will look at it at renewal, and not before."
Next: Daniel is to agree with Ashok Patel which usage figures can be quoted, and to explore low-use branches with Neil.

- Daniel Okafor 29 May 2026 17:04Hello Neil, Fiona and Ashok, Thank you all for your time on the call. I always like to close the loop in writing, so here is where we got to. The branch, trade-credit and key-account teams are using B-Viz to see each trade account in one place, and Neil's point about keeping the big housebuilder accounts consistent across branches is the use I would like to build on. Ashok mentioned the connectors are stable at the moment, and the one high-priority ticket we had recently has been dealt with. Two things I took away: - Fiona, you asked how we would show the value of the subscription ahead of renewal in February. I will put together a usage case, built around questions asked and who is asking them. - Active use is sitting well below the 160 licensed users. I would like to understand with Neil which branches and teams have not picked it up yet, rather than guess. If I have missed anything, please tell me. How is the team finding it day to day? I would like to hear that as well as the numbers. Best wishes, Daniel
- Fiona Metcalfe 2 Jun 2026 13:11Daniel, Thanks for the note. It matches my understanding. One question. When you build the usage case, please put it in pounds. What is our exposure on trade accounts that B-Viz has helped credit and sales agree on, and what does that look like against the annual cost of £113,500? I do not need a long document. We will look at it at renewal, and not before. Fiona Metcalfe
- Daniel Okafor 5 Jun 2026 13:51Hello all, Thank you, Fiona. That is clear, and I will keep it short and in pounds. I can only use what the records show, so I will say plainly where they do not give us a figure. If there are cases where credit and sales settled a limit on a trade account faster because they were looking at the same picture, Neil, could you point me to one or two? A real account is worth more than my averages. Ashok, I will come back to you separately about which usage numbers you are happy for me to quote. I will send a first draft to the three of you by the end of next week, and you can tell me what is wrong with it. Best wishes, Daniel
