What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Neil Craven to book the next QBR and raised a recent fall in active use. Neil agreed, suggested the middle of next month, mornings, and guessed busy branch staff explain the usage dip.
Ask: Daniel wanted dates, attendees and an agenda covering team adoption, support and day-to-day use, which he said had moved a little lately.
Customer view: Neil is willing and wants real branch and account examples, not charts. His reason for low usage is a guess he has not checked.
Next: Neil will bring Gillian for credit; Richard may drop in. Daniel is to send an agenda once there is a date.

- Daniel Okafor 26 May 2026 17:06Hello Neil, Thank you for your time on the call earlier. Just to close the loop on what we agreed, I'd like to get the next quarterly business review into the diary for Strensall Merchants. As before, I'd suggest we cover how the branch, key-account and trade-credit teams are getting on with B-Viz, what has come up in support lately, and what you would like us to focus on over the coming months. You mentioned a couple of housebuilder accounts that rang you recently, and it would be good to use them as real examples of what the teams are seeing. I would also like to look together at how many people are using it day to day, as that has moved a little lately and I'd rather understand it with you than guess. Could you let me know a couple of weeks that suit you in the next month or so, and who from your side you would like in the room? If Gillian or Richard would like to join for part of it, I'm very happy to build the agenda around them. I'll come back to you with an agenda once we have a date. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
- Neil Craven 27 May 2026 15:08Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, let's get it booked. Try the middle of next month, any week but the first. I'm out visiting branches a fair bit so mornings are best. I'll have Gillian along for the credit side, as that's where most of the questions come from. Richard might drop in for the start, but don't count on it. He's got his hands full. On the usage point, I'm not surprised. A few of the lads in the branches have been flat out and haven't had time to log in. That's my guess, mind, not something I've checked. What I want to see is what the builder's actually seeing, so let's look at a couple of real accounts rather than just charts. Which branch, which account, that's what matters. Send over an agenda when you've a date and I'll tell you what's missing. Cheers, Neil
