- Alice Brewer 21 May 2026 10:38Hello Gillian, I run the customer roundtables at BG-Demo, and I'd like to invite you to our Revenue leaders roundtable in London on Tuesday 26 May 2026. It is an in-person session, small by design, so everyone gets to talk. The subject is how revenue, service and credit teams agree on what is happening with a customer account when the information lives in different systems. I thought of you because trade credit sits right where that question gets difficult at Strensall Merchants, and your view would be a useful one for the others around the table. There is no preparation and nothing to present. We open with a short framing from us, and the rest is discussion between the people in the room. It runs under the usual house rules: what is said stays in the room, and I will not quote anyone or any company without asking first. If something said would make a good customer story, I'll ask, and I'll send a draft for your approval. The session is next Tuesday, so I'm aware this is short notice. Would you be able to join us? If you can't, but a colleague on your team would like to come in your place, just tell me and I'll sort it out. A quick reply either way would be a great help. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
