Finding a time for our check-in

Hello Neil, I hope the week has been kind to you. I would like to get our next check-in in the diary, and I am keen to do it soon, because there is a lot of good news to go through. Usage across Strensall is up on last quarter, and the team has been making real use of the 160 licensed users you have with us. I would like to cover how the branches are finding it, what Gillian's team have been doing with the trade-credit view, and anything on your list that you would like us to look at. If there is something you would rather leave off, tell me and I will keep it focused. Could you let me know a couple of times next week that would suit you? An hour should be plenty. Daniel, Good to hear from you. I've had a builder ringing me all morning, so apologies for the late reply. Next week is fine. Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning would suit. Avoid Tuesday, I'm out at a couple of branches. An hour is fine by me. I'd like to spend some of it on what the branch managers are actually seeing, not just what's on the dashboards. Which branch, which account, that sort of thing. If you can pull a couple of real examples, it'd help. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil

Hello Neil, Thank you, that is very helpful. I will put the invite in for Wednesday afternoon, and if anything shifts on your side, Thursday morning is a good fallback for me too. You should have the invite from me shortly. I will bring a few real examples from branches, as you asked, so we can look at what a manager sees on an actual account. I will also have a short note on what has changed since we last spoke, so that we spend the time on decisions rather than catching up.
