What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor sent Neil Craven written notes from their 17 Mar 2026 check-in and set out what he will do. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Daniel recorded what Neil said. Newer branch managers find it hardest to know where to look, and the big housebuilder accounts must look identical wherever they are viewed.
Customer view: Neil reported that credit and sales agree more often. The notes also say Fiona will want any usage summary in pounds and will not discuss price on a usage chart alone.
Next: Daniel promised a walkthrough time by the end of the week and a check with Ashok on differing accounts. He noted the 160 users licensed leave room for more branch managers.

- Daniel Okafor 17 Mar 2026 09:32Hi Neil, Thank you for your time this morning. Just to close the loop, here are my notes from our check-in, so you have them in writing and can correct anything I have misheard. What you told me: - The newer branch managers are the ones who find it hardest to know where to look when a builder rings. The experienced ones go straight to the account view; the others still ask a colleague first. - The big housebuilder accounts matter most. You want the delivery, order and credit picture on those to be identical wherever someone looks, whichever branch is asking. - Credit and sales are agreeing more often than they used to, and you put that down partly to everyone seeing the same account. What I will do: - Put together a short walkthrough for branch managers built around the question you keep getting asked: which branch, which account? I will base it on real examples you choose, so it feels like their day and not a product demo. - Check with Ashok which housebuilder accounts show differently across sources, so we can fix the cause rather than work around it. - Keep the usage summary Fiona asked for moving, and share a draft with you before it goes to her. As you know, she will want it in pounds and she will not discuss price on the strength of a usage chart alone, which is fair. What I will not do is promise dates I do not own. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a proposed time for the walkthrough, once I have checked with Ashok and my own diary. One other thing. Your licence covers 160 users and we are comfortably inside it, so there is room for more branch managers to come on without a conversation about cost. If you want to bring a few more people in ahead of the walkthrough, tell me who and I will make sure Ashok has what he needs. Thank you again, and how is the team finding it? I always enjoy hearing the honest version from you. Best wishes, Daniel
