Daniel Okafor asked Neil Craven for a one-to-one check-in on 10 Mar 2026. Neil agreed to a Tuesday morning slot and said his priority is making key account lookups quicker for newer branch managers.

Ask: Daniel wanted half an hour away from the wider QBR group, to hear how branch managers are coping and what to prioritise before the summer.

Customer view: Neil replied the same day and was direct. His main concern is the key account question builders raise on every call: which branch, which account?

Next: Daniel is to send an invite for the Tuesday morning slot. The thread is mainly scheduling, but it shows what Neil values.

Hi Neil, Hope the week is treating you well. I wondered if we could find half an hour for a proper check-in, just the two of us, away from the wider QBR group. I would like to hear how the branch managers are getting on with it in practice, and whether there is anything you would like us to prioritise before the summer. Would later this week or early next week suit you? Any morning is fine for me. If it is easier to catch you after you have dealt with whoever has rung in first thing, just say and I will fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Good idea. Tuesday morning next week works, any time before eleven. Thursday is a mess, I'm out visiting branches. To be honest the main thing on my list is the key account side. Builders ring in, and the question is always the same: which branch, which account? If we can make that quicker for the newer branch managers, that's the win. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Send an invite and I'll accept it. Cheers, Neil
