What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor proposed a QBR. Neil Craven agreed to a York meeting, wanting it short on slides, with Gillian and Karen present. Neil also wants an open support ticket closed off.
Ask: Daniel wanted an hour for a quarterly review and cited rising usage. Neil asked for a session built on what a builder sees when they ring, not slides.
Customer view: Neil is pleased that branch and key account staff are asking more. He is impatient about the open ticket: "I don't want it sat there."
Next: Daniel plans Thursday morning next week in York, with Friday as fallback. He promised an update on the ticket by Friday.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Mar 2026 10:25Hi Neil, I hope the week has started well and that the branches are not being run ragged by the weather. Thank you again for your time on our last call. It was really useful to hear how the trade credit and branch teams are using B-Viz together. I would like to get the next quarterly business review in the diary. Usage across the group has been moving the right way, with more people asking questions and a good spread across teams, and I think it is worth spending the time to look at what is working and where you would like to take it next. I would also like to hear how the team is finding it day to day, including anything that has been irritating them. Could you give me a couple of slots in the next couple of weeks? I would suggest an hour, and I am happy to come to York if that suits you better than a video call. If there is anyone you would like in the room, such as Gillian from trade credit or one of the regional managers, let me know and I will tailor the session around them. Just to close the loop on the support ticket from last week too: it is with our team and I will confirm once it is fully resolved. Best wishes, Daniel
- Neil Craven 5 Mar 2026 11:47Daniel, Thanks for this. Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days. Good to hear usage is up. The lads at the branches are asking more, and I'm hearing it from the key account side as well, which is what I wanted. Let's sort it, not talk about it, so I'd rather the review was short on slides and long on what the builder is actually seeing when they ring us. Thursday or Friday next week would suit me. Mornings are best, I'm out visiting afternoons. York is fine, I'll book a room. I'd like Gillian there as well, and probably Karen Oxley from the North East, as she's got a few views on which branch, which account. On the ticket, thanks. Let me know when it's closed off. I don't want it sat there. Cheers, Neil
- Daniel Okafor 5 Mar 2026 13:44Hi Neil, No apology needed, and thank you for the quick steer. I will plan on Thursday morning next week in York, with Gillian and Karen joining you. I will keep it light on slides and build it around real trade accounts, so we can look at what a branch sees compared with what trade credit sees. If Thursday morning turns out not to work for any of them, I will take Friday instead. On the ticket, I will come back to you by Friday with where it stands. I will send a calendar invite this afternoon for you to check. Best wishes, Daniel On 5 Mar 2026, at 11:47, Neil Craven wrote: > Thursday or Friday next week would suit me.
