What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Neil Craven about lower logins. Neil said it is quieter, partly seasonal but not all, and a key account person finds the credit view does not match the branch system. A Thursday morning call was set.
Ask: Daniel wants to know whether anyone is struggling or a change has shifted who uses B-Viz across the 160 licensed users.
Customer view: Neil is open that the quiet is not only seasonal, and reports a credit data mismatch not yet pinned to a branch or account. He wants it fixed: "Let's sort it, not talk about it."
Next: Daniel will bring a support colleague, check the sync history, and ask for examples beforehand.

- Daniel Okafor 22 Jan 2026 15:42Hello Neil, Thank you for your time on the last call, and I hope the week has been kind to you and the branches. I would like to get a check-in in the diary before the end of the month if we can. Ahead of the renewal, I have been looking at how the teams are using B-Viz across the 160 licensed users, and I can see fewer people logging in than I would expect at this point. It may be nothing more than the time of year, but I would rather ask you than guess. So, just to close the loop on a few things: how is the team finding it? Is anyone in the branches or in trade credit struggling with something, or has a change on your side shifted who is using it day to day? Could you do an hour next week? I am flexible on days, so tell me what suits you and I will work around it. I can also bring someone from our support side if there is a particular issue you want looked at properly. Best wishes, Daniel
- Neil Craven 23 Jan 2026 08:41Daniel, Thanks for asking straight. You're right that it's quieter. A couple of branch managers have been tied up with stocktakes and the weather has played havoc with deliveries, so I think some of it is that. Not all of it though, and I'd be kidding you if I said it was. One of our key account people has said the credit view isn't matching what she sees in the branch system. Which branch, which account? I haven't pinned it down yet, and I don't want to blame anyone until I know. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Next week is tight. Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning would work for me. Whichever you can do. Bring whoever you think can look at the data side. Cheers, Neil
- Daniel Okafor 23 Jan 2026 11:03Hello Neil, Thank you, that is really helpful, and I appreciate you being so open about it. Thursday morning works well for me, so let us pencil that in. I will send the invitation today and I will ask a colleague from our support team to join, so we can look at the credit mismatch together rather than passing it back and forth. It would help if you could ask your key account colleague to jot down one or two examples before we meet: the branch, the trade account and what she expected to see. Even rough notes will do. I will have a look at the sync history on our side in the meantime, and I will come back to you if I find anything before Thursday. Best wishes, Daniel
