What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After a review call, Daniel Okafor recapped rising usage and the £114k subscription. Fiona Metcalfe asked for cost per active user in the usage case and said they will look at it at renewal.
Ask: Fiona wants cost per active user, in pounds, on the current subscription, alongside the activity figures.
Customer view: she called the summary useful but deferred any view to renewal. Daniel will show the cost against active users and the full licence, plus a branch note for Neil Craven.
Next: a draft usage case by the end of the following week, with Lewis Kerr copied.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Dec 2025 09:48Dear Neil, dear Fiona, Thank you both for your time on the call. Just to close the loop on what we covered and what happens next. Where things stand: - Usage is up on the previous quarter across the branch, trade credit and key account teams, which is what we hoped to see when Strensall Merchants chose Enterprise. - There have been a few support tickets this month, one of them high priority. Nothing is outstanding on the invoicing side. - The subscription is contracted at £113,500 a year for 160 licensed users, and runs to 27 Feb 2026. Next steps from me: - A written usage case for Fiona, covering questions asked, who is asking them and how that compares with last quarter. - A short note for Neil on which branches and key accounts are getting the most from B-Viz, and which are not yet using it much, so you can decide where to push. I will come back to you both with these within the next week or so. How is the team finding it? Neil, I would particularly like to hear what the branches are saying. Best wishes, Daniel
- Fiona Metcalfe 5 Dec 2025 17:55Daniel, Thank you for the summary. Useful. One question: what is the cost per active user, in pounds, on the current subscription? I would like that in the usage case alongside the activity figures. Neil will tell you which teams matter most to him. We will look at it at renewal. Fiona Metcalfe
- Daniel Okafor 5 Dec 2025 19:25Dear Fiona, dear Neil, Thank you, Fiona. I will include a cost per active user in the usage case, set against the contracted £113,500 for 160 licensed users, so you can see it both ways: against the people who are using B-Viz now and against the full licence. I would rather show you the working than give you a single number with no context. Neil, if you can let me know which branches and key accounts you want me to look at first, I will start there. No need for anything formal, a couple of names will do. I will come back to you both by the end of next week with the draft. Lewis is copied so that he has the same picture when the renewal discussion starts. Best wishes, Daniel
