What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor is fixing a QBR with Neil Craven. Neil says branches are asking for more access than he can keep up with, wants Lewis there for the contract end on 27 Feb 2026, and says price goes through Fiona.
Customer view: Neil says the team is finding B-Viz good and more branches are asking for access than he can keep up with. He asked to move the review to the week after next or early in the New Year.
Ask: Neil wants Lewis present for the contract part and Fiona in the diary for any talk of price. Daniel will come back by Friday with two or three mid-week options.
The evidence does not show the outcome of the contract end on 27 Feb 2026.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Nov 2025 13:11Hello Neil, I hope the week has started well. I wanted to get our next quarterly review in the diary before December fills up for everyone. As before, I'd suggest an hour with you and anyone from branch operations, trade credit and key accounts you'd like in the room. I'll bring the usage picture for the group, including how the 160 licensed users are spread across teams, and a few notes on where other teams could get more from B-Viz. I'd also like to hear what's on your list for the coming months. We will also touch briefly on the contract end on 27 Feb 2026, so nobody is surprised nearer the time. Lewis is happy to join for that part if you'd like. Would the week after next work, or is that too close to the busy period for the branches? How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? I'd like to hear that before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel
- Neil Craven 26 Nov 2025 14:00Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a week of phones going. Team's finding it good, more branches asking for access than I can keep up with, which is a nice problem. Week after next is tight for me. Could we do the week after that, or early in the New Year if not? Mid-week is best. I'd want Lewis there for the contract part, but any talk of price goes through Fiona, so we'll need her in the diary too. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil
- Daniel Okafor 1 Dec 2025 09:21Hello Neil, No need to apologise, and it's good to hear the demand from the branches is so strong. That tells me a lot already. Understood on timing and on Fiona. I'll check with Lewis and come back to you by Friday with two or three mid-week options in the week after next and the one following, and you can pick whichever suits you and Fiona. If nothing fits before Christmas, we'll set it for early in the New Year and keep the agenda light. In the meantime, if there are particular branches or accounts you'd like me to look at before we meet, just let me know and I'll include them. Best wishes, Daniel
