Ask: Daniel wants to hear how the team finds B-Viz, review usage growth and point it at what matters to trade customers. He framed the contract end as not the main point.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.

- Daniel Okafor 20 Oct 2025 15:06Hello Neil, Thank you for your time on our last call. It was good to hear how the branch teams are getting on, and I wanted to just close the loop on a few things while they are fresh. I'd like to get a proper check-in in the diary with you, and with whoever from trade credit and key accounts you'd like to bring along. I don't have an agenda that needs preparing. The idea is to hear how the team is finding it, look at how usage has grown since the early weeks, and make sure we are pointing B-Viz at the things that matter most to your trade customers. Usage across the group has been climbing nicely, so I think there is plenty to talk about. We will also want to look ahead to the contract end on 27 Feb 2026, though that is not the main point of the conversation and there is no rush on it. Lewis will join if you would find that useful, otherwise it can just be you and me. Could you let me know a couple of days next week or the week after that suit you? Mornings tend to be easier for me, but I'll work around the branches. I'll come back to you by Friday with a couple of options if it's easier for you to pick from a short list. Best wishes, Daniel
