What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor and Neil Craven fixed a Thursday 14:00 check-in, with Ashok Patel joining for the data part. Logistical thread. Neil said branches are asking for more.
Customer view: Neil welcomed rising usage, saying branches are asking for more, and pressed for action: "Let's sort the next steps, not just talk about them."
Next: Daniel is to send a short agenda note before the meeting. His reply came three days after Neil's, which he acknowledged.

- Daniel Okafor 19 Sep 2025 09:57Morning Neil, I hope the week has been kind to you. I wanted to get our next check-in in the diary. Usage has been climbing nicely across the branches since we last spoke, and I'd like to hear from you how it feels from where you sit, and which branches are leading the way. Would half an hour next week suit you? Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would be easiest for me, but I'm happy to work around whatever the trade accounts throw at you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Neil Craven 19 Sep 2025 10:26Daniel, Good to hear it's going up. Branches are asking for more, which is what I wanted. Thursday is better. Tuesday I'm out visiting a couple of branches and probably a builder who rang me this morning. Any time after lunch Thursday is fine. Should I bring Ashok or will it just be us two? Let's sort the next steps, not just talk about them. Cheers, Neil
- Daniel Okafor 22 Sep 2025 14:29Hello Neil, Thank you, and apologies for the slow reply, Friday got away from me. Let's say Thursday at 14:00, and I'll send the invite this afternoon. It would be really useful to have Ashok join for the first part, if he can. He can tell us what he has changed on the data side, and then we can spend the rest of the time on the branch and key account side, which is where you will have the most to say. I'll come back to you before then with a short note of what I'd like to cover, so you can tell me if anything is missing. Best wishes, Daniel
