What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor proposed the next QBR, part of the Enterprise subscription. Neil Craven agreed, will add Gillian and the key accounts lead, prefers Tuesday or Thursday mornings, and wants to see what the builder sees.
Ask: Neil wants the QBR to show what the builder is actually seeing, and whether BG-Demo is getting better at it, from usage and tickets. He asks for the tickets part to be short and honest.
Customer view: constructive and direct. Daniel also plans to cover one ticket that was more pressing than the rest, though the thread does not say what it was.
Next: Neil sends colleagues' dates early next week, and Daniel confirms a time.

- Daniel Okafor 26 Aug 2025 12:38Hi Neil, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to start sorting out our next quarterly business review, as it is one of the things that comes with your Enterprise subscription and I would like us to make good use of it. My suggestion is that we keep it to the same group as last time if that works for you: you, the trade credit side and whoever is leading key accounts. I would like to cover how usage has grown across the branches, what the teams are asking B-Viz most often, and the tickets that have come in over the past few weeks, including the one that was more pressing than the rest. I will bring a clear account of how each was handled. I would also like you to tell me what you want out of it. If there are things the board or the credit committee are asking about, I would rather build the session around those than around my own slides. Could you let me know which days suit you and your colleagues in the next couple of weeks? I will fit around you, and I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a confirmed time once I have your availability. Best wishes, Daniel
- Neil Craven 29 Aug 2025 10:13Daniel, Yes, let's do it. Same group is right. I'll add Gillian for trade credit, and I'll ask the key accounts lead to come as well. For days, Tuesdays and Thursdays are best for me. Mondays I'm usually out visiting branches and Fridays are a lottery. Mornings are better than afternoons, because by the afternoon someone's always rung about a builder. What do I want out of it? Simple. What's the builder actually seeing, and are we getting better at it? If you can show me that from the usage and the tickets, I'm happy. Keep the tickets part short and honest, I don't need it dressed up. I'll check with Gillian and the others and send you their dates early next week.
