Daniel Okafor asked Neil Craven for a check-in. Neil agreed to Thursday afternoon, said branches use B-Viz more, and asked to cover how branch managers can start more counter staff.

Ask: Neil wants the agenda to include getting more counter staff started, and says the answer should be worked through properly with real accounts. He plans to bring Gillian from trade credit.

Customer view: steady and positive on adoption. Neil says branches use it more and fewer managers ask where to look.

Next: Daniel sends the invite for a Thursday afternoon. The counter staff question is a chance to extend use of the Enterprise subscription.

Morning Neil, I hope the week has started well. It's about time we got our next check-in in the diary. Would you have half an hour sometime in the next couple of weeks? I'm free on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons, and I can work around you if neither suits. It would be good to hear how the branches are getting on and whether trade credit and the key account team are seeing the same things now. If there is anyone else you'd like on the call, bring them along. I'm always glad to hear from the people using it day to day. Just to close the loop on last time: I haven't heard of any problems from our support side, so I'm assuming things have been steady your end too. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thursday afternoon works for me. Send an invite and I'll accept it. Steady, yes. Branches are using it more than they were, and I've had fewer calls from managers asking where to look. That's what I wanted. I'll bring Gillian from trade credit if she's free, as she'll have views on what she'd like to see next. One thing for the agenda. A couple of the branch managers want to know how to get more of their counter staff started. Which branch, which account is the question I keep asking, so let's go through it properly and sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil
