What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor sent Neil Craven notes after a check-in: branch usage is up sharply, still well below the 160 licensed users, support is quiet and finance has nothing outstanding. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Daniel asks how the team finds B-Viz day to day. He also promises a suggestion on which branches might benefit from a walkthrough, by early next week.
Customer view: the thread holds no customer reply. The only customer-side wish noted is that trade credit and the branches see the same picture of each trade account, and that comes from Daniel's account of the call.
Next: the Enterprise subscription has licence headroom, so more branches can be added without a change. Daniel should send the walkthrough suggestion.

- Daniel Okafor 4 Jul 2025 14:35Hi Neil, Thank you for your time earlier. I wanted to get my notes over to you while they're fresh, and just to close the loop on a few things we touched on. The headline from my side is that the team is using B-Viz a lot more than a few months ago. Active use across the branches, trade credit and key accounts has grown sharply compared with the previous quarter, which is exactly what you hoped for when you brought it in. It's still a fair way below the 160 licensed users, so there's plenty of room for more branches to come on board without us needing to change anything. On support, it has been quiet. A couple of tickets in the last month, nothing urgent, and nothing waiting on us. Finance tells me there is nothing outstanding on the invoicing side either, so no loose ends there. You mentioned that you'd like trade credit and the branches to see the same picture of each trade account, and I think that's the area where we can help most over the coming weeks. I'll have a think about which branches might benefit from a short walkthrough and come back to you by early next week with a suggestion. If you'd rather pick the branches yourself, just say. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd love to hear whether the people on the ground feel the same as the numbers suggest. Best wishes, Daniel
