Onboarding follow-up: next working session

Hello Ashok, I'm picking up from Laura on the implementation side, so I thought I'd introduce myself properly and get the next session booked. I've read through the notes from your earlier calls, so you shouldn't need to repeat yourself. The plan as I have it is to carry on with the connectors you've already tested and then look at how the delivery data lines up with the trade accounts. Would early next week suit? I could do Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, whichever is easier on your side. If there's anything you changed since the last session, a mapping or a permission for example, it would help to hear about it beforehand so I can look at it before we start. Hi Hamza, Thanks for the introduction. Monday afternoon is better for me, Tuesday morning is taken up with a review of month-end reports. Since last time I've tidied the branch mapping so the duplicate trade accounts collapse into one. I've only done that for one branch so far. I'll test it on a second before I say it's right everywhere, so please treat what you see as provisional. I'll send a screenshot of the before and after on Monday morning. The data says otherwise in a couple of places on delivery, which I'd like to go through with you rather than guess at. Ashok

Hi Ashok, Thanks for the screenshot, that's really clear. The merged accounts look right to me on the branch you tested, and I agree we should hold off calling it done until the second branch is checked. For today's session, I suggest we spend the first half on the delivery mismatches you mentioned, and the rest on the second branch. I'll bring a list of the accounts where delivery and order records disagree, so we can see whether it's a matching problem or something in the source. I'll send the invite for later this week once we know how far we got. Let me know if anything needs to change. Best, Hamza
