Logistical onboarding thread. Ashok Patel agrees two working sessions, wants users brought in gradually starting with one branch, and asks which account number matching will use. No commercial signal.

Ask: Laura Penhaligon proposed two sessions, one for the branch system and one for credit and delivery, and asked whether all one hundred and sixty licensed users start together.

Customer view: Ashok accepts two sessions on separate days so he can check what has loaded. He wants a gradual rollout, with the key-account and trade-credit teams joining once accounts line up with the ledger.

Next: Laura sends the access checklist and confirms which account number is meant before the first session.

Hi Ashok, Thanks for your time on the call today. I wanted to get the next onboarding sessions into diaries while it's fresh. As I understood it, the first priority is getting the branch, credit and delivery systems connected so that each trade account shows up once, whichever branch it trades through. I'd suggest we split that into two working sessions rather than one long one: the first to walk through the branch system and agree how trade account numbers are matched, the second for credit and delivery. Could you let me know which days suit you next week? I'm flexible, though mornings are easier for me. If it helps, I can send a short checklist beforehand of what I'll need access to, so you can sort permissions on your side without it holding up the session. One question I didn't want to lose: are the sixty-odd... sorry, I mean the full set of licensed users, all one hundred and sixty of them, being set up in one go, or would you rather bring teams in gradually? No strong view from me, I just want to plan the training around it. Speak soon, Laura Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo

Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, I wanted to check a few things with the team before committing. Two sessions works for me. Thursday morning next week is good for the branch system, and I can probably do credit and delivery the Tuesday after. I'd rather not do both on the same day, as I'd like time to look at what has loaded in between. On users: gradually, please. I'll test it on one branch first, and only bring the key-account and trade-credit teams in once I'm happy the accounts line up with the ledger. The licence covers all one hundred and sixty, so there's no rush on that front. Please do send the checklist. Which account number is that, by the way, when you say matched? We have a few of them per customer depending on the system, so I'd like to be sure we mean the same one before the first session. Thanks, Ashok
